NFA O-Data 500 error

Issue/Introduction

While running an O-Data API query you may run into a 500 error:

Environment

Release : 10.0.x

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

This is due to a limited problem.

Resolution

Upgrade to NFA 10.0.2 and download patch: NFA_10.0.2_PTF_013.zip

or

Upgrade to NFA 10.0.3 and download patch: NFA_10.0.3_PTF_001.zip


Once downloaded, upload to the NFA Console Server and extract the files. Follow the readme to apply.
