unable to register zOS layout file

Issue/Introduction
We get the below error when register the ZOS.AFL.DM file in datamaker.
Environment
Release : 4.8
Component : CA Test Data Manager - GTDataMaker 4.8.100.10
Resolution
The patch GTDataMakerPB-4.9.10.0.zip resolves this issue. Please contact Broadcom Support for this version or a later one.
