Issue/Introduction

the Visualizer tomcat gets started, but he is not able to access them, getting error:

This site can’t be reached

Environment

Release : 17.3 and up

Component : CA CMDB VISUALIZER

Cause

NX.env has the wrong setting for NX_CMDB_VISUALIZER

Resolution

Update the NX_CMDB_VISUALIZER setting in NX.env with correct URL for Visualizer
