Controller and hub probe crashing on primary hub

Issue/Introduction

I have observed that Controller and hub probe crashing on primary hub very often.

This is on production and this is really impacting whole customer due to the fact that it restarts all probes due to crash.
Customers are being kicked off from admin console.


UIM: 8.5.1
Robot: 7.93
Hub: 7.93 HF17
OS: Windows 2012 64 Bit Standard 

Environment

Release : 8.5

Component : robot

Resolution

The suggestion is to update to robot version robot_update-7.97HF9. This has a dependency for vs2017_vcredist which needs to be deployed before the robot_update.
