LDAP issue using syncronize button: U00051002 LDAP message 'BindResponse' with result code 'invalidCredentials'

Issue/Introduction

Scenario:

When clicking on "LDAP Connection Synchronize" button to synchronize a user within domain, the error message is shown below, the following message pops up:

An error occurred while synchronizing User "domain\USERXYZ" domain "domain.com"

In the WP log, there is following error message:

U00051002 LDAP message 'BindResponse' with result code 'invalidCredentials', message: 8009030C: LdapErr: DSID-0C09056D, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v2580

Environment

Affected Release : 12.3.2

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Does not occur in 12.3.0.
