Bi-Weekly schedules not running on the correct interval

Issue/Introduction

We have scheduled site discovery / modeling sessions; however, the discoveries are running at times that are *not* specified in the site configurations.

Environment

Release : 10.3

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

There was an issue with the cronjob code to schedule a job on a 2 week interval. 

Resolution

This issue is resolved with PTF 10.3.250. Schedules will now run on the correct bi-weekly time interval.
