UIM process probe will not accept the full command line.

Issue/Introduction

The processes probe command line arguments end at character 8138, and for java processes it can be longer. 

Environment

Release : 8.5x, 9.x, 20.x

Component : UIM - PROCESSES 4.70

Resolution

This is a limitation in the probe for which an enhancement is already in the roadmap. 
Currently only for HPUX has an extra limit for having process name + command line up to 1000 bytes. 

Currently mcs under 20.3x supports up to 2048 and will be increased to 4096 with the release of 20.4.
