In a clustered Gateway environment, when viewing the dashboard, one or more nodes may be missing from the view.
Release : 9.3
Component : API GATEWAY
This can occur in a clustered set up when
1) Replication is broken
2) There is corruption in the cluster_info table.
To address this problem you can rebuild replication following this article: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/layer7-api-management/api-gateway/9-4/install-configure-upgrade/configure-a-gateway-cluster/configuring-cluster-database-replication/restart-replication.html
Once replication is established you can clear the cluster_info table in the database. This information will be rebuilt upon startup.
Be sure to have a recent backup/snapshot before making any changes to the database.
a) Enter the mysql prompt and select your Gateway database
mysql> use ssg;
b) Delete the details from the cluster_info table
mysql> delete from cluster_info;
c) Restart the ssg service
# service ssg restart
