Issue/Introduction

Agent Failed to Connect to the Introscope Enterprise Manager.

Agent logging show below Warning and Error messages: 


[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.ConnectionThread] Failed to connect to the Introscope Enterprise Manager at MOM_EM_server:5001,com.wily.isengard.postofficehub.link.net.DefaultSocketFactory (6).
[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.IncomingRouteConnector] Closing incoming route connector due to unrecoverable error.
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Cause

Port is disabled 

Resolution

Enabled port for 5001 TCP resolved the issue.
