How to implement changes to the TRACAUTH table?

Issue/Introduction
After you have successfully ran the ASMAUTH job to reassemble and link the TRACAUTH table, perform
F LLA, REFRESH (if CAILIB is in linklist) and issue command F taskname,AUTH to load the modified table

Resolution
To implement changes to the TRACAUTH table, update AUTHTAB with the desired changes and run ASMAUTH to reassemble
and link the TRACAUTH table. After you have successfully ran the ASMAUTH job to reassemble and link the TRACAUTH
table, perform F LLA, REFRESH (if CAILIB is in linklist) and issue the following command to load the modified table:
F taskname,AUTH
