Issue/Introduction

The SelfCert portlet has a limitation which prevents it from using any mib file having multiple occurrences of DEFINITIONS ::= BEGIN.

Resolution

None, this is a design limitation. 
Only MIBs with one DEFINITIONS ::= BEGIN section are supported. 

Additional Information

All MIBs will start out with a DEFINITIONS ::= BEGIN section, and these MIBs will have one or more other instances of another DEFINITIONS ::= BEGIN section later in the MIB.
