Issue/Introduction

WebServices Rest API below takes a lot of time to produce a result when using the "All tasks in Time Frame" filter option with AWA on an Oracle Database

The same occurs when trying to display the Statistics of a JOB in AWI, it may eventually timeout.

Environment

Release : 12.3
Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE, AE REST WebServices API
AWA Database: Oracle

Cause

There is a query performance issue with the Database query used by the AE REST WebServices API where the specified index in the index hint was incorrect for the "All tasks in Time Frame" option.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in AE v12.3.2 HF2.
