Images do not copy when copying and pasting blocks

Issue/Introduction
Description:
If I create a block and add an image to that block.
When I copy the block in the same workflow and paste it, it saves the image.
When I copy the same block from one work flow to another workflow and paste it, the image is lost.
Expected Result:
All meta data including image should be copied to the new block, whether within the original workflow or to another workflow
Actual Result:
The image is not copied when copied into another workflow.

Resolution
This is an error and there is not a fix for it at this time Version 3.0.5.5.
However, there is a work around:
Attach a new image to the copied block.
This will put the image in the catalog of the new flow.
