Issue/Introduction

The Websphere app is not starting after the APM Websphere Agent has been installed on the server.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Since they were using an IBM Java agent, we

1. Switched to the IntroscopeAgent.NoRedef.profile
2. Switched to the AgentNoRedefNoRetrans.jar
3. Cleared the IBM Java cache
4. Disabled deep instrumentation.
