Can't apply SO07101 and SO07102 as the USS files are lost for CA Workload Automation ESP Edition - REST API

Issue/Introduction

When trying to deploy the REST API FMID(CRSTC00) which was already applied and accepted. I downloaded and received the two PTFs SO07101 and SO07102. However the apply check ended RC08 with -
GIM54701E ** ALLOCATION FAILED FOR CRSTPATH - IKJ56228I PATH /DownloadDirector/cai/esp/CA/rest/CA/ NOT IN CATALOG OR
              CATALOG CAN NOT BE ACCESSED.
GIM54701E ** ALLOCATION FAILED FOR CFIFPATH - IKJ56228I PATH /DownloadDirector/cai/esp/CA/webUI/CA/ NOT IN CATALOG OR
              CATALOG CAN NOT BE ACCESSED.

It appears that the USS directories it is looking for have been inadvertently deleted from our environment. How to get around this?

Resolution

it should be enough to rerun xxxxxMKD to make the directories again and try to reapply SO07101 and SO07102. No need to reinstall the whole ESP.
