Issue/Introduction

While importing contacts into  jasper soft server, is there a way to reset the folder permission

Resolution

While importing and exporting USERS we cannot specify the folder permission in the jasperserver.The folder permission is defined on that folder, as this folder will be accessible to the ROLE or not.If a ROLE is allowed to read the folder then the USERS associated with the ROLE are able to read the folder.So in your case, you can assign the ROLE to the USERS while importing but jasperserver wont allow you to define permission on a specific folder during creation of USER or importing a USER.
