When using publish to xml file namespace is changed from ns1 to tdsns0

Issue/Introduction

Whie Registering XML files from CA TDM portal, we are facing some issues
 The tag names are getting changed automatically. XML name space details are using default namespace as "tdsns0". We do not want the default namespace and want to use name space as ns1.
     During publish,  <ns1:xxxx> is changed to <tdsns0:xxxx>

Environment

Release : 4.8

Component : CA Test Data Manager

Resolution

Update the config file preferrednsprefixes.properties adding the line bellow and restart the portal service
