Not able to open Javelin flows from datamaker

Issue/Introduction

One of the user can open all the javelin flow via data maker and edit and save it.  
However on the same machine, if other user logged in it ask to give PATH to open Javelin flow.

Could you please help to know how other users also can see and edit the flow?

Environment

Release : 4.8

Component : CA Test Data Manager

Resolution

Please gave the path of javelin.exe file location in workflow path, so that corresponding workflow will be open in Javelin
