Issue/Introduction
A Peoplesoft job ends with the following messages:
5/20/2020 02:02:44 PM U00011007 Job 'PEOPLESOFT_JOB' (RunID '0002582101' / Workflow-RunID: '0002578668') on Host 'PEOPLESOFT_AGENT' ended abnormally (return code='0003').
5/20/2020 02:02:43 PM U00029005 Report '/opt/automic/Agents/PeopleSoft/bin/../temp/OAAFQXRP.TXT' was not found.
5/20/2020 02:02:43 PM U00011000 'REPORT' (RunID: '0002581120') could not be started on 'PEOPLESOFT_AGENT'. See next message.

Configuration.
Resolution
The user that started the Peoplesoft agent did not have write permissions to the temp folder.
Once this was changed, the Peoplesoft jobs ended with return code 0.
