Need unique message IDs for Message Service task

Issue/Introduction

All the messages coming out of ZMSSTART have the message ID of BPXM023I. We prefer to have a unique message ID for the "startup complete" message and the error messages as in the below example.

Resolution

Advised that by default, the WTO message ID is replaced with the Unix System Service message ID. In order to use the WTO message ID, authorize the Message Service address space the BPX.CONSOLE facility.
