Issue/Introduction
We have configured a monitor. The URL was not reachable. The ASM was showing errors for this monitor, but there was no unconfirmed or confirmed error.
We depend on confirmed error for monitors. Since in this case, ASM did not show any confirmed error, thus there was no visibility for this monitor.
It seems like ASM continues to try the check from different monitoring stations and continues to give the same error.
Since we are monitoring confirmed error for the monitor, thus we were not aware of this outage.

Resolution
The fix has been deployed to the Production ASM environment. Please remove and add the monitor again to test this issue.
