Issue/Introduction

Data is missing in BOTH the UI and Data Studio after Apr 8th.

Component : CA APP EXPERIENCE ANALYTICS SAAS

Cause

 

• Data in AXA was not visible due to missing read aliases during the reported duration. 
• Read aliases for  Elasticsearch index were missed during index rollover lifecycle management.  Due to this the data was not available for display on Kibana dashboard & AXA UI for the reported duration.  

 

Resolution

Engineering added missing read aliases for the UPS elastic rollover index
