String type attributes do not show secondary values on portlets

Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: When a string type attribute is defined with a secondary value in a portlet the mouseover does not show the secondary value.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

 1. Open a project and go to Dashboard tab
 2. On Team Utilization Add field Investment Name to the layout
 3. Choose Secondary Value as Resource Full Name
 4. Save and Return
 5. Mouseover the Investment Name field
 
Expected Results: You see the Resource Full Name in small window (as secondary value)

Actual Results: Nothing Shows

This is caused by DE55211

Resolution

This has been reported as DE55211 and is currently under review.

WORKAROUND:   In the portlet configure under options choose Mouseover and redline text
