Spectrum model triggering alarms for events coming from different servers in UIM

Issue/Introduction

We have found that server cc-cxxxxxxxxp52 is creating disk full auto-tickets for events coming from servers cc-clxxxxxxxx51 (Minor) and cc-xxxxxxxx51 (Critical). Both of these servers are having C:\ full, but cc-cxxxxxxxxp52, the one that is actually reporting them, not. None of the 2 servers that has C:\ full are having events related to it at Spectrum level, since they are reaching the incorrect server.

Resolution

1. Clear the niscache and reset the robot device id's via the controller probe utility callbacks (expert mode) for the servers being affected
2. Then rediscover all three
3. Perform a sync
4. Check the results
