This error is caused by a bad CI in the VSAM structure. The error message VSI1102E's feedback code 156 message text is: Bad CI found during keyed processing - RPL holds
Reorg the VSAM file. This being take RLS or LSERV control off the file if applicable. Then backup/delete/define and restore the file. Then restore control of the file file to RLS or LSERV as applicable.
