Issue/Introduction

We have created new domains in wily, and we want the existing user (generic account) "xxx" not to have access to these new domains.

1. How can we refrain the existing user from not viewing new domains?
 
2. How to create a new user to have access to only 2 domains?

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

1) How can we refrain the existing user from not viewing new domains?

By not adding a grant user statement from the domains you wish to exclude. There is no global exclude across domain statement.


2) How to create a new user to have access to only 2 domains?

 if you want a user to only see 2 domains you would add a grant user in domain a and domain b and not any other domains

 

But that user must not be of any admin group.

 For security more more robust, check out EEM and LDAP.
