CA Spectrum Pingable models not returning hostname

Issue/Introduction

The Pingable model name for some devices is not showing up the host-name. 

Environment

Release : 10.3

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

If the above document does not work, then
Spectrum run a gethostbyname function on the SpectroSERVER system where the discovery is run to resolve the ip address to a hostname. The OS does an nslookup on that ip address. If the nslookup returns a hostname, Spectrum uses that hostname for the model name of the model.

If we ran an nslookup from the command line of the SpectroSERVER system and it returned the same value we are seeing for the model name when a discovery is run.

This is functioning as designed.
