Configure does not work on a Partitioned Incidents List

Issue/Introduction

The Configure option does not work on the Incidents list under Applications if the Incident object is partitioned. 
 
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a partition and add your resource to the Partition
2. Under Administration - Objects, associate the Incident object to the Partition
3. Go to Home - Applications and open an existing application
4. Click on the Properties tab and click on Incidents 
5. Create an incident, if none are listed
6. On the Incident list, go to Options - Configure
7. Add or remove a column from the List view and click on Save

Expected Results: The change in the columns is reflected in the list view. 
Actual Results: The list view remains the same and does not reflect the change. 

Additional Notes: 
  • This issue only happens on the Incidents list under Applications or any other investment that has this list available.
  • Configure on the Incidents list under Home - Incidents works as expected. 
  • A change that is made on the Layout on the actual object view under Administration - Objects is not reflected on the Application - Incidents list view either.
  • Configure works as expected when using the System partition.
