TDM: Bad orientdb-server-config.xml after upgrade from 4.7.014 to 4.9.12

Issue/Introduction

This happened on a previous upgrade that went sideways. 

Besides having to use the SC to create the application service, there were missing entries in Orientdb-server-config.xml.

At that time I got a valid 4.9 orientdb-server-config.xml from support.

Release : 4.9

Component : CA Test Data Manager

Cause

N/A

Resolution

This issue was fixed in the version TDM Portal 4.9.30 but please note that this patch will NOT resolve the issue if it already happened (the issue has to be resolved manually in such case by restoring the original OrientDB configuration).

The fix will only prevent the issue to happen with future patches.
