Issue/Introduction

Following the instructions from Installing the Aria ChatBot(Windows implementation), everything works up until Step #5:

python -m spacy link en_core_web_md en

Running
python -m spacy download en_core_web_md returns a lot of errors:

Cause

The download it is not working due to an issue with the communication between the servers.
