SDM: Unlink or Detach Change Order from Incident

Issue/Introduction

Attached wrong Change Order to incident. How do i detach or unlink the CO from incident or incident from CO?

Environment

Release : 12.x or higher

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

  • In the given CO, under the "Caused Requests" tab, click on the "Attach Incidents" button.
  • An Incident Search window will appear. Do a blind search here and you will be presented with a second window. 

  • On the right hand side of this second window will be the list of all attached incidents.

  • Click on the Incident you want to detach and click on the "<<" button in the middle of the screen, then click "OK".

  • The given incident should detach.
