Issue/Introduction
Attached wrong Change Order to incident. How do i detach or unlink the CO from incident or incident from CO?
Environment
Release : 12.x or higher
Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER
Resolution
- In the given CO, under the "Caused Requests" tab, click on the "Attach Incidents" button.
- An Incident Search window will appear. Do a blind search here and you will be presented with a second window.
- On the right hand side of this second window will be the list of all attached incidents.
- Click on the Incident you want to detach and click on the "<<" button in the middle of the screen, then click "OK".
- The given incident should detach.
