AWA: Periodic Objects stop being launched at 00:00

Issue/Introduction

Periodic object with definition timeframe including day switch stops executing at midnight.

IE: a period goes from 18:00 to 6:00, 
Instead of continuing at 00:00, it stops so there are no executions from 00:00 to 06:00

Release : 12.2.4 and superior and 12.3.x
Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE
