How to exclude a time period for an e2e profile/script transaction

Issue/Introduction

Customers may want to prevent script execution for a given time frame.

Environment

- UIM 9.x or higher
- e2e_appmon 2.5x
- e2e_appmon_dev 2.5x

Resolution

Using the e2e (WinTask) scheduler function, you can configure excluded time periods per transaction script in the probe. Or define time periods for it to run, again per script/profile. Edit a Profile then select->Scheduling  Tab.



You would use the options within the “Only run on” section.

Note that the 'exclude' only covers dates in a Day.Month numerical format.
