Backing out OPS/MVS from 13.5 to 13.0

Issue/Introduction

 Recently migrated OPS/MVS from 13.0 to 13.5. Are there any issues going back to 13.0?

Resolution

There are no known issues unless new OPS 13.5 functionality is being exploited.
Some things to check:

- TSO allocations for the OPS libraries
- STEPLIB or LNKLST for the OPS load library
- possible modules in LPALST
