We were working on an RCA using the team center and Webview. While doing that RCA along with the application team, we found data inconsistency for a Servlet average response time in between the Team center and Webview for the same call.
There was a gap of about 20 minutes for a single call at the Webview and team center.. After the verification by application team, over the Webview it is showing the correct time (7.00 PM EST) of call/request, but over the team center, it showing around 7:20 PM EST.
