Autosys Agent version 11.4.1 installation on Windows 2016 stuck

Issue/Introduction
We want to install the Autosys Agent 11.4.1 on Windows 2016.
But the installation is stuck at 7% and hangs completely.
Environment
Release : 11.4
Component : CA Workload Automation System Agent
Resolution
The encountered problem was related to hardened security policies which did Not allow to install the product.
The recommended solution was to disable all the hardened security policies and Anti-Viruses before beginning the installation.
Then install the Agent and when the installation completed successfully, you can set back your hardened security policy.
The Agent could be installed successfully when the hardened security policies were Not set. You can set them back after the installation.
