Issue/Introduction

Use case

Some OI Product integration(s) (UIM, Spectrum, ect) has been configured to monitor events related to OS (windows/Unix), CPU,Memory and Disk
We have specific groups who should handle these events.
When an event is triggered we manually assign these events to predefined groups using the OI UI



Requirements:

We need a way of assigning the events based on alarm type/Description/Sub description to specific groups, here are some possibilities and/or examples:

- CPU events are related to databases or applications, these events should be automatically be assigned to the  the DB or Application group team respectively.
- Based on alarm type like oracle,network,controller, ntservices, application etc 
- Based on short description/description

CA DIGITAL OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE - 1.3.2

Resolution

This feature is not present in OI currently and is on the roadmap. As of now we don't have an ETA for the same.
