Environment

z/OS 2.2 and above
PDSM 7.7 and above
BMC Data Accelrator 

Cause

PDSMAN does not abend but in the dump you may see a PDSMAN control block from the original BLDL process intercept. This is a victim situation and not a cause.

Resolution

BMC has given the fix BPE0532 to resolve this issue.

USERS AFFECTED:

Data Accelerator Compression users with DFSORT applications using

NonAPF Exit processing.

WITH NONAPF USER EXIT

Modifications were made to DACOSORT to provide correct proper

authorization to DFSORT application using NonAPF Exit processing
