Not able to see a Resources in the Home Resources menu

You are not able to see a certain resource in Home Resources but you are able to see them in Administration Resources.

The user information is missing from PRJ_RESOURCES and ODF_CA_RESOURCE database tables.


  1. Check to see if the resource is found in the following tables: PRJ_RESOURCES and ODF_CA_RESOURCE
  2. If the resource is missing, rename the contact and create a new one.
  3. Additionally, check for any custom integrations, or other custom activities that could have caused the issue that may require updates to prevent it from happening again. 

If the above is not a viable solution, contact Broadcom support for assistance.

If the resource does show in the above tables, it's recommended to also utilize our self-service for other known causes.
