Admin console not opening
when trying to open admin console it is showing the following error, (screenshot attached)

Cause
Windows IIS /WWW web service was started causing a conflict with UIM Wasp probe.
Resolution
It looks like you are connecting to a windows box.
If the primary hub is a windows box it would appear someone has started the IIS web service and this is using port 80 and is in conflict with the UIM application.
Please go to windows services and stop and disable the WWW service.
Restart the robot service on the primary hub and try again.
