View/Deliver upgrade from R12.2 to R14

Issue/Introduction

Planning to upgrade VIEW from R12.2 to R14 but the site also uses Deliver R12.2. Are both the above products required to be upgraded concurrently or can View be upgraded first andDeliver at a later date. Are there any compatibility version issues/considerations.

Component : View/Deliver

Resolution

There is no need to upgrade View and Deliver at the same time. you can upgrade View first (from 12.2 to 14.0) and then update Deliver to Release 14.0 at a later time and there are no compatibility considerations for these 2 releases.
