Clarity PPM - Notification Emails from One Mailbox

Issue/Introduction

We have email notifications set up for job completions and failures. The emails get sent out by the resource who runs the job or scheduled the job. Is there a way to set it up so that emails are sent from one mailbox?

Release : 15.6.1

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

Recommended to add a value to the properties.xml, in the section:

<mailServer

The tag is: alwaysUseDefaultSenderAddress="true"

NOTE: 
This will only set the Sender Address, it won't change the name of the person sending the notification to a default value.
