Issue/Introduction
The workstation loads the application but the Summary Alert is not working.
Summary Alert is showing as gray.
The IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log is showing following message.
[WARN] [Harvest Engine Pooled Worker] [Manager.Agent] The Agent Custom Metric Agent (Virtual) is exceeding the per-agent metric clamp (current=51346, max=50000). New metrics will not be accepted
Summary Alert is showing as gray.

Resolution
Please increase the metric clamp on MOM EM.
