Unable to apply new Agent configuration to endpoints

Issue/Introduction

In rare circumstances after a DLP ugprade, you are unable to assign an agent to an Agent Group despite explicitly naming the machine in the group.
You receive no error in the Enforce console, but the target group does not update

Environment

Release : 14.x, 15.x

Cause

The MonitorController log file on the Enforce show this error at the time of saving the Agent Group:

Class: com.vontu.monitor.controller.replicatorcommlayer.applications.agentgroup.AgentGroupDefinitionsAndConfigurationPublisherSubsystem$DatabaseAgentGroupsReader 

Method: run

Resolution

This will be resolved in 15.7 MP1 and 16.x releases.
