Japanese characters are garbled in a received Email body which sent from Send Email step

Issue/Introduction

The Japanese characters in Email body message are garbled like "????" in a received Email which sent from Send Email step.
However, the Japanese characters in Email subject can be read as suitable Japanese characters.

This problem is known problem.
