Changes to AWS Policy takes a day to reflect

Issue/Introduction
Assigning a new AWS Policy or modification to the assigned AWS Policy is only reflected after a day.
For example, a user was assigned an "PowerUserAccess" and changed to "IAMUserAccess".
Although the Policy change has been made the users will get permission errors.

Resolution
The changes should not take a day to reflect but if there was any change to the AWS Policy or any configurations, it is advisable to use the "RESTART SESSION' and the updated AWS Policy will take effect immediately.
