Alarm filters Exported to Other Groups Not Showing Alarms That Are Expected in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

After exporting alarm filters to another user group, the Alarm filters are not showing alarms that are expected. The filters have been verified to be correctly defined on both groups.

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum Release : all

Cause

Security Communities are restricting what devices/alarms can be seen on the target user group. 

Resolution

Although the alarm filters correctly exported the target group, the target group was being restricted by Security Communities/Security Strings. The Security Communities will also affect which alarms can be seen by a user.
