Issue/Introduction
My user account is currently locked in EEM. How can I unlock it?
Environment
Release : 11.3.6
Component : WA AE/AUTOSYS RELATED EEM
Resolution
Login to the <Global> application in your EEM web interface using the EiamAdmin account or another account that has the assigned rights to be able to unlock user account and reset passwords.
Click on Unlock User under the Self Administration container.
Supply the locked username/password and click Unlock button.
