How do I unlock a user in EEM

My user account is currently locked in EEM. How can I unlock it?
Release : 11.3.6
Component : WA AE/AUTOSYS RELATED EEM
- Login to the <Global> application in your EEM web interface using the EiamAdmin account or another account that has the assigned rights to be able to unlock user account and reset passwords.
- Click on Unlock User under the Self Administration container.
- Supply the locked username/password and click Unlock button.
