Issue/Introduction
Can we try to update an OOTB (dynamic) lookup by adding a statement to filter the results?
Environment
Release : 15.4.1
Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION
Resolution
A Lookup Query that is in use cannot be modified in the User interface, though it is possible to update the query through XOG. Using this method, it would be possible to adjust the query to filter the results.
NOTE:
If you are attempting to make any modification to a query it's highly recommended to first backup the current query.
Any changes should be tested prior to attempting to update the query in a Production environment, as an incorrectly formatted query could have severe impact on the environment.
