Gantt Schedule of the Project Schedule report does not show the Gantt bar when the Period Type is set to Year

Issue/Introduction

Some tasks are not being shown in the Graphic Gantt of the Project Schedule report

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a Project and add a team member.
2. Create a WBS (a few tasks and phases)
3. Run the Load DWH job, so the project is made available in DWH
4. In Advanced Reporting > Run the Project Schedule report against the project
   • Ensure the report Period Type is set to Month
5. Check the Gantt Schedule on the report
   
6. Change the report Period Type field to Year
7. Look to the output
   

Expected Results: Gantt bars to be shown for all tasks on the Gantt schedule. 
Actual Results: The Gantt bar only shows for some tasks
